1、 Product Overview
The main switch, operating mechanism, and components of the ring main unit are made of ABB original parts or domestically assembled SFL-12/24 switchgear using imported components. ABB original HAD/US SF6 can also be installed according to user needs. Circuit breaker or VD4-S vacuum circuit breaker. Its operation modes are divided into manual and electric.
The cabinet is processed by CNC machine and riveted, with a protection level of IP3X, and has reliable mechanical interlocking and anti misoperation functions. This product has significant features such as small size, light weight, beautiful appearance, easy operation, long life, high parameters, no pollution, and minimal maintenance.
HXGN15-12 (SF6) type modular AC metal enclosed ring network switchgear is suitable for receiving and distributing electrical energy in 50Hz, 12kV power networks. The main switch inside the cabinet is SF6 switch.

5、 Structural characteristics
The ring network cabinet body is made of 2mm thick aluminum zinc coated plate (or cold-rolled plate sprayed with plastic) and riveted. There are two pressure release holes at the back of the cabinet, one of which is for electricity
Cable room, another for load switch/busbar room. This structure can maximize the reliability of personal installation and equipment operation.
● Each interval chamber
○ Busbar room:
The busbar room is located at the top of the cabinet and connected to adjacent switchgear.
The load switch is an independent unit filled with SF6 gas inside.
○ Cable room
Approximately 75% of the space is used for cable connections, fuses, grounding switches, and CT and PT installations.
○ Institutional chamber and interlocking
The small chamber includes operating mechanisms and mechanism interlocks, as well as position indicators, auxiliary contacts, trip coils, live displays, and interlocks.
○ Relay box
The relay box is located at the top of the cabinet and is optional. The small chamber is used to install special devices such as instruments, relays, and motor units.
○ Circuit breaker room
A circuit breaker (SF6 or vacuum) can be placed below the load switch.
● Pressure release
○ Pressure release above
The above is used to release the gas pressure generated during internal arc accidents in the busbar and load switch room.
○ Pressure release below
The following is used to release the gas pressure generated during an arc accident inside the cable compartment.
